Edit and Customize Your Recorded Video

Recording Time and Space Limitations

Recording space limitations, on the other hand, are set per device. The more space you use, the longer it’ll take for your device to save all recorded clips. This, in turn, will slow down your device and make it run more slowly. You can check your device’s available space in the device settings menu. 

Trim, Cut, and Merge Videos

If you want to trim the clip, you can select the clip on the app’s home screen and hit the “trim” icon to the left of the screen. You can also select multiple clips from the app’s home screen and hit the “trim” icon for each clip at the same time. You can also select clips and hit the “cut” icon to delete them. If you want to merge clips, you can select two or more clips and hit the “merge” icon to the left of the screen. 

You can also select multiple clips and hit the “merge” icon for each clip at the same time. Keep in mind that you can only merge clips of the same length. If two clips have different lengths, you’ll need to trim one of the clips so they both have the same length before merging.

Add Audio with Background Music

Once you’ve trimmed and customized your video, you can add a background track to your video. If you select a track from your device, you’ll need to select which device to use. You can also select to play the track under a certain caption. 

You can also select to play the track once or loop the track. Once you’ve added the track to your video, you can adjust the track’s volume by sliding the volume bar next to the track’s title. You can also select to mute the track. The built-in editor using screen recorder Windows 10 also allows you to adjust the volume of your device’s microphone.

Export Your Edited Video

Once you’ve finished editing your video, you can export it as a shared media file from the app’s home screen. You can select to export the video as an MP4 file, M4A file, or MOV file.
